Hello All,

the first of our Middle eastern Cooking Classes was a great success. Ali produced some wonderful dishes and added a couple of surprise recipes which were enjoyed by all.

The flavours were amazing and the dishes appeared with the minimum of fuss as Ali shared the quick and easy preparation methods that helped to make his restaurant, The Cedar Tree, such a great success.

It was great to hear the food traditions of his native Lebanon as he prepared each of the dishes which made you appreciate even more the wonderful food on offer.
