2 cups coconut yogurt (or use dairy yogurt if tolerant)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups mix of raspberries, blueberries, and sliced strawberries

1 cup paleo granola or mix of chopped nuts and seeds
- In a medium bowl, stir together yogurt and vanilla.
- Add a layer of berries to the bottom of 2 large glasses (or 4 smaller glasses) and sprinkle with granola.
- Spoon a layer of yogurt and add berries, and granola. Repeat the layers until all ingredients have been used
- Top with granola and berries.
