Shipping policy

Despatch Times

RE COVID-19. We still taking orders and still shipping but we are doing so in consideration of the conditions. As such we are limiting our outings to the post office to once or twice per week. 

If there are going to be any delays outside of the timelines stipulated above, we will usually contact you beforehand and advise you.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates for most countries are stipulated on checkout. This is a standard service and takes between 4 and 10 business days from the time of fulfilment depending on your location. 
If you are unhappy with the applied rate please contact us and we can discuss some alternatives. 

Shipping Tracking

Most deliveries will have a corresponding tracking number. You will receive this number via email when we despatch your goods. If you lose it or can't find it please feel free to contact us and we will look into it for you.
