Peach Bellini

Turn your next brunch up a  level by serving a refreshing peach bellini, it could not be easier to spoil your guests with this classic recipe.

1 bottle of prosecco or champagne, chilled;

2 cups of pureed peaches.

Divide the peach puree between 4 champagne flutes then carefully and slowly top up each glass with chilled prosecco or champagne.  Gently stir to combine and serve immediately.  Enjoy!
