The Melbury mill set by Cole & Mason features two classically styled mills presented in stained beech wood. The pepper mill is characterised by a carbon steel precision mechanism which cuts and strips pepper corns to break them into smaller pieces to prompt the slow release of a more intense pepper flavour; and the diamond sharp ceramic salt mechanism which is able to precisely grind salt to maximise flavour. Each has pre-selected settings to enable you to choose from fine to course grind to give the perfect and precise seasoning you desire and expect.
